DCT Retrofit coding

So you have just equipped your N54 powered car with a DCT transmission and need everything to talk like factory. Not a problem we will code the vehicle and update the modules like it was factory even though the DCT was never in the E90 335i!

E Series Custom DCT tuning

Wanting to take your DCT to the next level without spending north of 400.00! We are able to remove flash your E-Series BMW DCT transmission and even correct faults commonly found in DCT swaps such as boot lid error code CF26 which is found in DCT swaps when its in a model type (type code) that never had a DCT such as a E90 335i or 135i with a N54 etc. Also we are able to make manual mode a true manual with no forced upshift so it shifts when you tell it to. We can even remove the auto park function when you are coasting and remove your seatbelt or open the door.

We Offer Stage 1,2 and 3 tunes which increase in line pressure for each stage allowing more torque to be handled out of your stock DCT transmission.

MHD flash recovery

If the car is flashed with MHD and the voltage drops too low or the connection is lost accidentally this can cause MHD to not be able to reflash the ECU. What happens is the DME gets stuck in diagnostic mode when only part of the flash has been written and stopped suddenly. When you try to reflash you will get the message, “Unable to erase memory” when this happens you will need a K+DCAN cable to reflash and restore the DME. We have never not been able to recover a DME since MHD uses a very safe method of flashing.

Recalibration (E, F and G series)
Have you recently replaced a control module or unplugged something and the battery was still connected and now you have lights that wont go away? No problem this is often solved by clearing the fault memory or recalibrating specific modules such as the DCS, Steering angle sensor, ICM ETC. We are able to offer remote services to recalibrate your vehicle and get it working the way it should.

***Please keep in mind we do not suppress faults related to the airbag system. We can help recalibrate or clear faults caused by a error in handling however if something in the system needs replaced or serviced we will not be able to help in that regard due to potential risk to your safety and liability.

If you have a K+DCAN cable (For E series and Mini R series) or ENET (F and G Series) and a Windows PC with WiFi we can remote in and read the codes and provide recommendation on how to resolve the issues you are having and provide a full vehicle scan.
